2009 Dock Pricing
Although most of our labor and material costs have increased we are not increasing prices across the board. Slips located off river now have the same rate as the slips on the river, but will maintain their 25’ minimum charge. Fees are based on the most recent year and are subject to charge without notice. Rates

Summer Dockage-Boats on River-up to 30 ft.	$2160
Summer Dockage-Boats on River-31 ft. &over	$72 per ft.
Summer Dockage-Boats off River-up to 25 ft.	$1800
Summer Dockage-Boats off River-26 ft. &over	$72 per ft.
Summer Dockage-Jet Ski (10 ft. minimum each)	$720
Trailer Storage	$75
Shed Fee (applies to containers larger than 6' wide x 4' tall x 3' deep)	$300
Discount for Cash or Check payment in full by 10/31 for the following year.	$2 per ft.

Minimum 50% due by 10/31

Balance due by April 1

Free winter outdoor storage if paid in full by 10/31
